Shipping Information

What is the shipping policy of nordic market?

Domestic orders (Iceland)
Your order will be shipped within 1-5 business days after receiving payment for your order. 

Delivery time after shipping is estimated 2-5 business days, however we do not guarantee carrier delivery estimates. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped with a tracking number from Pósturinn, Iceland local post service. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The cost is 990kr for a delivery to a local post office and 1490kr for a delivery to your home. 

We offer free domestic shipping for orders 7.500 kr or more. 

If your package is not picked up within 30 days at your local Pósturinn post office it will be returned to Nordic market. We do not offer refunds in these cases. If you wish for your order to be shipped again you´ll have to pay all applicable costs and shipping. 

If you've received the wrong product or something was missing from your order, email us immediately at nordicmarketstaff@gmail.com with your order number, and what the error was along with any photo documentation. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at nordicmarketstaff@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which
are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Nordic market is not
responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility
as the customer.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us
which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

How Do I Track My Order?

With every order placed, once we process the order and ship it to you, you will be provided with a order tracking ID. You can use that ID to track your order.

Do I Need An Account To Place Order?

No, you don't need an account to place an order. You will be provided with all the details of the order to your email id.

How Do I Place an Order?

You can place your order by adding your product to the cart and proceeding towards the checkout page. At the checkout page you need to fill in all the details (Name, Email, Address, etc). After filling in the form click on "Continue to Shipping", select a shipping method and make your payment with our Secure Payment Service.

How Should I to Contact if I Have Any Queries?
